Unverified User I have just spent a week in your hotel in Quebec and while the hotel itself was great, pretty centrally located and the room was nice. In fact, my gripe is that the bathroom was "state of the art", beds were comfortable and big but the carpeting was filthy and I mean "filthy". We could not understand why everything else was very nice, as said above, the bathroom especially, we were skeeved by the carpet.1 day ago

In my nearly 40 years of international travel, I have rarely experienced a hotel as well and lovingly maintained and run as this one. Everything was spotless, the rooms extremely spacious and well worth the money. The staff were excellent, and seemed interested in us! pc.pilbeam@... Before and after a twelve day cruise with Hurtigruten I spent a very comfortable night at the Hordeheiman Best Western Hotel in Bergen, Norway. On both occasions my room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast more than adequate. The only fault I had to find was ,that, outside on the road was a manhole cover which rocked and clanked every time a vehicle heading in towards the centre of Bergen, went over it7 days ago

Unverified User Takker for en fin opplevelse i Sundsvall. Vi overnattet med 3 små barn, og fikk tilbud om leilighet til samme pris. Det var helt topp. Nyoppusset og med tilgang til eget kjøkken, var det midt i blinken for oss. oddbra@... Takker for et kjempefint opphold på Mora Hotell i sommer. Etter å ha kjørt bil i mange timer, fikk ungene gode muligheter for å bruke litt energi i lekeparken like ved, og kunne fortsette leken på hotellrommet på kvelden. På jungelrommet storkoste ungene seg med hotellets leker. En god start på ferien i Sverige, og barna fikk tydeligvis et fint ferieminne ifra Mora. Takker for et fint opphold.11 days ago

Unverified User I'm a regular business traveller, spending 12 - 15 nights a month at BW hotels. Generally, I'm very happy and keep coming back. But.
These single cup coffee makers make truly horrible coffee and aren't worth the time it takes to plug them in. I'd be very happy to see you get rid of them and go back to the standard four-cup pots in all your hotels.

I booked on-line with wotif.com, when booking I requested a cot as I have a 1 year old child. When checking into our room there were stairs leading down into the room obviously thats extremely dangerous which resulted in my youngest son falling 3 times down these stairs causing him to split18 days ago

Itsasnip@... Just come back from Best Western Soave, just outside Verona in northern Italy. A lovely 5 night break. Just 5 min walk from San Bonafacio station. Staff lovely and spoke good English. Room good with air conditioning. Breakfast room very good and terrace even better, food plentiful and fresh. Pool in a lovely setting with loungers. Bit on cold side, but refreshing when hot. Sam the manager was very helpful in answering any questions that I had. We were using GPS to navigate the area, and he actually gave me a map and told me exact directions to our destination. Unverified User We stayed at the Stone Mountain Best Western a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised with the service (Sam) we received and the cleaniness of the rooms. We were traveling with a rather large group and they were able to accomodate everyone with a speedy check in and with anything we asked for. We will definitely stay there again! Unverified User We stayed in Carrefour De L'Europe in Brussels en made a reservation for two suites. We got normal rooms. The receptionist claimed that we got suites. Later she confirmed that we had normal rooms, but she didn't have two suites left. We could have the normal rooms for normal prices. I want to have a compensation, but she refused. However please note that it is not their own shuttle, they would ask you to call a cab with whom they have a contract and you can use this service only twice. We normally stay in Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn was booked so we went across the road. The reception staff, the bar staff and the resturant staff all very efficient and polite.
The food was lovely, the room was clean and I only have one issue.
The outside temperature was between 11 and 13 degrees, therefore I put the air conditioner on in the room. It took HOURS to even remotely warm the room (room 17). I was cold the w3 months ago

Just a couple of coments:
Regarding the breakfast service, the first morning we had breakfast at 10 o'clock and there was no juice left (and it was not refilled) and the second morning there was juice, but so filled with ice cubes that it3 months ago

However my gripes were that the shower was cold in the morning. Also there was a lot of guests making noise in our corridor from 4 am to 6.30 am the night I stayed. Anonymous We stayed at Beachcroft Hotel (Bogner Regis, UK). The hotel was comfortable and clean with friendly and welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for us. The food was delicious and the chef cooked seperate vegatables to cater for medical dieteray requirements.
